Not many treasures but I am finding interesting things as I SLOWLY work on my inventory.

I was thinking though so far we have 12 people entered, one of them is going to win, so that would mean 11 people so far, perhaps if all 12 people were to pitch in $2 we could at least get the winner a $25 gift card to Amazon so they can buy a Blu-ray or something, but that would have to be a group decision and then I would not know if it's considered gambling, etc and then we all go to prison. LOL! Thoughts?

Does everyone want it to be the closest WITHOUT going over? Or whomever guesses the closest within 100 in either direction? I am game with whatever the group decides, but once you place your guess, no changing it. People can guess up until when the timed release of the print ends which I believe is this Sunday. Can you imagine if 50 people guessed and all agreed to the $2 donation to fund a gift card for the winner...that would be a $100 gift card for someone! LOL! But like I said, it's whatever the group consensus is, or we can just do it for bragging rights.

I am surprised Mondo wasn't aware of the postal changes that affected international shipping, Canada in particular. It now costs the same to ship amount to ship to Canada as it does the UK, etc. It used to be cheaper to ship to Canada, but not anymore. Their prices are quite fair though, as they put in the costs of their supplies and probably the employee's time to package a print up, etc into the price. I still think they are playing with fire if they aren't using a third party insurer for international shipments, or a domestic insurance carrier either as accidents do happen, as does loss and theft.

Has anyone seen one of the metal posters that Mondo has done? I would like to know how they are before I try to get the Man of Steel one for $300.

I've never seen one in person, lots of pictures though... they look awesome in my mind. Their wood variants look wicked too... Django and True Grit both had wood variants, not sure any others were wood, Ansin's Dracula? Maybe that one too.

Anyway, if you have any doubts about whether you will like it or not I'd still try for one, worst comes to worst you will easily make you're money back on it if it turns out you don't like it. I would just say the likelihood of landing would are pretty slim.

I'd say closest to it in general... Over or under... Otherwise people will hold their guesses and just put one on top of the guess they like best.

I own Stout's Drive. Most pictures I've seen really don't do the metal justice. The way it picks up reflections and shines really enhances the piece. Looks a hundred times better in person. Whether a metal print is worth $300 is a question only you can answer. FWIW it is to me though.
