Connie Nielsen is brilliant. I can easily picture her as Wonder Woman's mother.

I like the Model Ts, disappointed that Diana is nowhere to be seen. She really needs to be in at least 80% of this movie, unlike B v S where she needs to be in 20% or less of the movie.

Is she going to be ditsy but capable? like Rachel Weisz in The Mummy series, because that look on her face just screams it to me...

She looks like a badass in the BvS trailers, so I would assume if she is that way at all it's just at the start.

Hopefully. A ditsy Wonder Woman would be nearly as bad as the idea of making a film about people standing around talking in a lab for an hour and 20 minutes. I'm looking at you, Fox.

I would assume there is going to be an element of "fish out of water' during the second act of the movie.

I love fish out of water movies, as if I weren't already looking forward to this movie that gives me more hope that it will be excellent.

Yeah, in most interpretations of the character, she is caught a bit off-guard when first entering our human society, not really acclimated to our norms etc. Wouldn't surprise me if they're going that route with a bit of comic relief until she finds her footing.

I would prefer a WWII setting over WWI. I wonder if Captain America: The First Avenger had anything to do with the choice being WWI since Cap was WWII.

Personally I'm glad they didn't go with WWII, it's been overdone to death. To the point where if they are going to make movies based on or around historic wars they should try to change it up a bit.

With that being said I still find it weird of all the time periods throughout history (not even war related) they chose to make a WW movie during WWI.

It will be amusing if they do World War I for Wonder Woman I, then World War 2 for Wonder Woman 2 and World War 3 for it's sequel ...

I think it's better if they have her in modern times after this first film.
