I believe Hellboy, unless someone else added one later on that I missed. I'm not surprised by the number, I was expecting it in the 4500 - 5500 range.

Funny thing is I was only going to change it to 6000 as I firmly believed it would be between 5 & 6k. While it would have technically put me closer it also would've put me officially over if we were going with The Price Is Right rules.

I agree that is a low run for MoS. I have this feeling this one might be selling for a bit more than cost a year from now. I think MoS does not have its following yet (it's gaining it as we speak) so Im not saying this poster will sky rocket but I can see it holding above stock price.

Congrats Hellboy!!

congrats Hellboy!

Wow I really thought they'd sell 10k easily. Glad I didn't bet the house!

Funny you mention price is right, I was going to put 5001. I kept going back and forth if it was going to be slightly over or under 5000 and in the end guessed wrongly that it was going to be slightly under.

Some pretty solid guesses, I thought it'd be under 10k for sure, but surprised how low it was. 5,585 x $50 $279,250 is still a pretty sweet number, I'd love to know what the breakdown is, I bet 50% at least goes to the movie studio. I'd bet the printer and Ansin get the shortest end of the deal. I have NO reason to think these thoughts, just throwing stuff out there.

I did not think this one would sell as many as the Moss print for a couple of reason. I think the Dark Knight movie had a bigger following, Moss is more popular than Ansin, and this print was much bigger than the Moss. They may or may not have been factors, but those were the things I thought about when I guessed.

I'm pretty shocked it's so low. Size had to be a major factor. It's a big print, but I figure I can find some wall space for it!

Finally got my Randy Ortiz Army of Darkness print today! Think I am going to hang off on framing it for a bit though, I would like to hit up some flea markets or something to try and find some kind of unique or old frame.

I sure can be damn indecisive sometimes(i blame my mother).I have 9 prints that need to be framed. I have saved money up for at least three but now I'm debating on finishing my home theater audio and adding my sub. Then I think well since I have saved this I'm only a third away from one phase of my home theater project. Dang print collecting has gotten me a crazy itch addiction.

Here is the limited edition of WWZ. It's the ones they give out at theaters so its smaller in size. The paper is a little thicker than normal. I think it looks neat but I am a little concerned for the movie itself.

Looks nice. I read the book years ago and I've let go of any thoughts that the movie will be anything like the book... with that in mind I am extremely excited to see the movie. It may be the first movie of 2013 in theatres for me!

That seemed odd to write... is it possible I haven't been to the theatre in 2013???
