I saw this in 3D IMAX and thought the 3D was great -- and the sound blew me away. I hadn't been in an IMAX for a while and forgot how great the experience is. I'm not usually into collectible packaging (such as the Man of Steel tin), but I actually like this one -- and it's one of my favorite logos of all time.

Agreed. I find it unique amongst every special edition that gets put out there.

That's to be expected too since it is a 100% conversion.

Amazon now shows that the limited edition packaging is the Tin-Packaging.

But hey, for those that wanted it, be thankful that people managed to get Amazon to price match the wrong item.

The Regular Packaging is here.

Looks like the 3D tin loses the blue, which is disappointing. But still what I'm going for.

Awesome! I too wish the 3D had the blue on the tin, but the all grey look is good as well. I just ordered the Jurassic Park Collection yesterday to replace the individual releases of each title I currently own. I plan to remove the discs from this tin and put them in the new digibook for easy access and display the tin along with other limited editions in my collection.

Now, that would be awesome. Authentic fossilized dino turds. I'd pay for that.

I'd be more interested in trying the tin if I hadn't already experienced the same thing with Total Recall 14 years ago and hated it.
