Yea i had the same issue. They are going to give it to me after the promotion expires manually, but next time i'll know and won't bother trying to build an order up just to hit the threshold.

I must be dense. My offer was Spend $140, get $15. I bought some groceries, an iTunes $15 gc, and the new Columbo set (out on 7/16) for a total of $144.42. Took a gamble that the Columbo set would ship before the offer ended. Whew, shipped today! After discounts, the total was $136.14. Target chat tried telling me that the GC wasn't eligible, so I had to read their own T&C back to them, saying "Yes, they are eligible." Anyway, going forward after the Circle program change, the "Spend" dollar amount will be the final total, in my case $136.14?

Yeah, I was looking for A League of Their Own 4k as well. But it's just as well, now I'd be hard-pressed to come up with 2 more at that price point anyway. (had it been available earlier, I would have purchased it instead of another one I chose, so if it showed up now I would have just felt bad, ha.)

Props to Target customer service. I got a $15 back if I spent $100 offer, so I made sure to buy over $100 in the B2G1 sale. I wondered why I did not get the $15 credit and contacted CS. I didn't factor in Sales Tax and was $1 something short. I asked if I could add a small item to make it reach the number. They said no, but to contact them again once the offer was expired and give them my case # and they would help me out. So I did that and they gave me the $15 credit. I was pleasantly surprised.

I had a similar experience with their customer service. I had a buy $70 and get $10 Target Circle Rewards bonus. The day before the bonus expired I spent about $74 after the B2G1 deal but before tax. For some reason the bonus never showed up in my account after everything shipped. I contacted customer service and they suspected the reason was because I ordered close to when the bonus expired and/or the items shipped after the bonus expired which were never issues for me before. They went ahead and just refunded me the $10.

When Target changes the listing of the item, are you still getting it or is your order screwed?

With Circle discounts and weekly sales, plus Target not giving me an auto-adjust refund for a couple Disney+ steelbooks and instead applying it to this part of my order, I'd only be paying about $12 for this $55 title. But if I'm not getting anything, then they screwed me out of the auto-refund.

This is a first: I just received a steelbook (new release - JL Crisis Pt 3), it was packaged in one of those corrugated cardboard mailers... but it had an extra piece of thick cardboard for protection. A new policy maybe??

My last few steelbooks from Target have arrived the same way. Thankfully no issues also.
