Correct. Always ask for museum mounting. All materials used should be acid free (especially the glass) and archival quality.

This AUS Captain America 2 poster arrived today from an Australian seller. Double Sided. It's legit as far as I can tell. Minimal damage. Seems to be only minor edge wear on the bottom left and right.
Picked it up for $10+$10 shipping. ![]() |

Picked up Cap 2 #2 and Godzilla teaser.
![]() I have a question about matting. Normally like Michaels and Joann's have acid free matting? Looking for a conservation type matting because I have to frame up 3 autographed posters (largest is 18x24). Gotta pick up tape too... |

So I have to say I'm a bit confused.
A few years ago, I purchased a reprint of a particular Se7en poster that I always loved. The quality always sucked. I lucked out and was able to score (what I was told is) an original poster. Quality is MUCH better and clearer. However, it is 27"x41" and, from what I'm reading in this thread, it should be 40". I'm having a helluva time finding a poster frame for it and now I'm questioning its legitimacy. Any advice, guys? |

Seven was released in 1995 by New Line Cinema, at the time a small studio which is owned by Warner Brothers now. There were 27x40 and 27x41 originals out there, I believe you are fine. That style for Seven though is quite rare, it was the first poster released (the studio made two styles for the domestic release) and is much harder to find than the version of Pitt/Freeman on it.

$15? For a double-sided original? If its near-mint/mint and rolled, $15 is a steal for that poster. Seriously that poster can easily fetch over $100. You may need to have it custom framed, but I am sure you can Google search poster frames at 27x41 inches and probably find pre-made ones, but a poster that hard to find you may want to go custom.

Nope. Not double-sided. Does the plot thicken? |
