Odd the bd is $32 in the ad, yet the standard 4k is $30 on their site.

So I got an email this morning at 1AM saying The Substance (BLU) which I pre-ordered around Black Friday time might be delayed. Then six hours later I got a shipping notice.

Anyways, looking forward to finally seeing the movie. It wasn't until after I ordered it that I realized it's by the same director who did Revenge (2017), which was a nice surprise, as I liked that movie.

I had the same email for $0.00 savings on my Smile 2 steelbook.

But strangely enough I saw a credit pop up to my credit card for something closer to $10 so now I'm confused.

I meant if it was $10. I dont think the $0 was a typo on their part. But yes it was rather ridiculous.

Check your account under "Receipts" and it should show the actual refund amount. I received about $0.50 for "Smile 2" and around $7.50 for "Venom".

Looking at this I should be getting a refund of $11.08 for Venom.

I looked at the original order details and the last line before total says partial refund for 7.50-and that is the only one that has shipped from that order!
