Fever Pitch (1985) was a pre-1986 MGM title that is believed to reside with Warner. However, it was never released on DVD and lack of streaming availability anywhere suggests distribution rights might be with the films producers. |

Fever Pitch can be found occasionally on VHS (Key Video) on eBay. My copy is in decent shape, but still! Richard Brody wrote about it in the New Yorker a while back |

Not really able to participate in the sale atm, but I did make sure to grab Jeremy before the slip went OOP. I'll keep an eye on Smile, but I'm hoping it'll make it through the sale.

I like Brody, but he’s off the mark in his reevaluation. Fever Pitch was a terrible way for a great filmmaker like Richard Brooks to go out on. It devolves into camp. A completely ludicrous and insanely stupid work |

Can someone sell me on Walking the Edge? I'm really on the fence, and at this point I would be spending the money just for the sake of FCE slipcover completion. Which is not a bad thing, but it would be great if I'd like the actual film, too.

I haven't seen the movie yet, but Robert Forster, Joe Spinell, and Fun City Editions was enough to convince me that I needed to pick it up.

Picked up the 2 newest releases with my sale order
FCE is the only label that I plan on picking up every new release from. The releases have all been stellar so far. Excited to check out these 2 and can't wait for Rancho. |

Walking the Edge is Out for Delivery!! along with 7 exciting but not as important VS partner label releases. Watching it tomorrow as fedex won't show up until 6pm.
Honestly, thinking of a rewatch of I Start Counting today. It's already overdue! |

I want to repost my comment from the Vinegar Syndrome Discussion Thread earlier, because it is also relevant to Fun City Edition and I believe more people should appreciate what they do (and perhaps jah13 and his partners, more than anyone else, should give more publicity to this aspect):

Walking the Edge doesn't even have subtitles on the main feature let alone the supplements. I'm hoping this was just a one time misstep from an otherwise excellent new company.
