The markup on books is high (much higher than movies) so it’s financially sound for them to carry books.

no, books (esp children's) are just higher profit margin goods.

That's the only reason why vinyl is even there. Once movies go back up to $40+ you'll probably see them make a return one day too.

Got a notice that Riddick is finally back in stock for those who had their preorders auto-cancelled without notice. I don't know if I should try it again or see if I can get them to honor the original order. I think it's the same price as before.

I chatted with Target to try to get them to match the price I got it at with the B2G1 which I did with two other movies the exact same price. They first offered me a $5 refund if I ordered it but when I said that wouldn't get me to the B2G1 price, they offered a $10 refund so I took it. Came to 24.86 which is slighly more than the 23.04 I would have gotten it at but better than nothing.

I picked this up at Target over the weekend. It was in the clearance section. I also picked up these retro Batman Forever figures for Batman, Two-Face and The Riddler. They were $9 each.

Also since my birthday is today. And I'm a target circle member I got a 5% for my birthday. So with that and my target circle that's 10% off I can use on an order.

Works out to a maximum of 25% off vs 33.3% off. Still, a quarter off is okay if you can't wait.

Absolutely. Next Deep Discount 15% off coupon will be a much better deal for most of what I am looking for right now.

But if you are looking for 4K pre-orders and want to pay about $25.50 per 4k, target will get you that.

I want to get the Hitcher 4K(the international non-script expensive version-I just want the extras on the disc), and also Deep Blue Sea 4k that comes out in March-so I may have to go go DD for them.
