Frozen 2 synopsis:
Anna and Kristoff are having trouble making babies so they go to the trolls for help. In the meantime, Elsa has entered an ice skating competition and is being outclassed by skating champion Princess Tonya of the Northern Isles.

it just added so much to her character for me. And of course the whole thing was really Anna and Elsa fighting for each other. Which was just awesome.

I can't even imagine what Frozen 2 will be story wise.

There are some pretty devoted Frozen fans out there. Not sure where I rank but Elsa and Anna are my heroes.
They're also my heroes too, especially Elsa I even have 7 Elsa tattoos on me

so The Rescuers Down Under will finally have company being there only other direct sequel in the Classic line (discounting the 2nd Fantasia movie as its a continuation, not sequel to the first )

I'd like them to delve into the mythology of the trolls some more - they acted as if it were normal for humans to have powers (was she cursed or born with it)

I just HOPE they dont recycle the sister fighting for themselves/each other again

That Frozen Fever short was pretty damn lazy. Poor song too. But I dis get a kick out of Elsa being drunk.

The Three Caballeros, Fantasia/2000...and if you count "The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh" (I don't, by the by), then the Winnie the Pooh feature makes four.

Good! Disney broke my daughter's heart when they suddenly changed the Tinkerbell 4 seasons movies. The spines were also suppose to finish a picture when you had all 4 together. Number 4 didn't have the last bit and honestly it was just weird. Disney changed things before they finished. My daughter wasn't interested anymore. She didn't like what they did and the 4th one apparently contradicted other information that was given in the previous 3 movies! She was wondering why the writers had such bad memory.

If she's upset about that, I hope she doesn't watch 1953's Peter Pan, with Tink portrayed as a vain, jealous, even murderous little vixen. She might suffer a mental break.

Fans of Frozen rejoice! The sequel is expected to start recording later this month.

That's according to Anna herself, Kristen Bell, who revealed the news during a recent interview with Collider.

She let slip that she and the rest of the cast - Idina Menzel, Jonathan Groff and Josh Gad - are "just about to" start recording.

Bell said: "They've just written it and they're still doing tweaks, but I think we should be recording this month. The story is great, and they exude quality.
A still from Disney's 'Frozen'

"What I know about that whole team is that they wouldn't just put something out to put it out. That's why it took them so long to even announce that we were doing a second one."

No songs for Frozen 2 have been laid to track yet but, as Bell revealed, the cast are never too far from the film's songs.

She said: "We record all the time for different parks or different parks that open overseas, we'll do a mashup for the rides.

"So we actually get to go in — Josh [Gad] and Idina [Menzel], Jonathan [Groff] and I — all the time and record new bits of the music. When Epcot centre opens we'll record a bunch of new music. So we have little bits of Frozen in our life at all times, but I'm excited to get started on the new movie."

Bell posted a picture on Instagram recently of her reuniting with Menzel and Gad.

Before the movie sequel, we've got a Frozen Christmas ABC special due to air in 2017.

There's always going to be a lot of Frozen hate from both the film and song being overplayed and pounded into everyone's heads. I still dig it and hope the sequel can surpass the first.

And if it's somehow a bad apple, I hope it doesn't make enough money for more sequels. (impossible I know)

This will be the very first Disney WDA studios feature I'm not really looking forward to see. Not that I hate the original, it was more than OK. But I can't take a second ride on the unjustified hype-train, knowing it's one of the most overrated movies of their list. And the characters still are everywhere you go, everywhere you look. In every store. It feels way too soon. I need time to forget them, before I'm OK with meeting them again. They are still in my face, daily.

But hey, maybe, just maybe, this is going to be a great movie. The only sequel WDAS has done was The Rescuers Down Under. (ignoring Fantasia) And while it wasn't a box office succes, it's one of the most underrated Disney productions to date. The rare sequel that's better than the original, full of unforgettable scenes, music and stunning animation. For me it's a part of the so-called golden years of Disney.

Maybe Frozen 2 can do that? One can hope. I just hope that -when it's a success- it's not the start of sequels. Something WDAS has kept away from till now.

I liked the original mostly for its catchy music and likable setting. We need more Disney movies set in Germany and Scandinavia. I wasn't a big fan of the characters, tbh. I'll definitely catch the sequel.

I really like Frozen, but I'd rather have a Wreck it Ralph 2.

For me it's just a simple roll of the eyes, i never bought into the frozen hype. It's a decent enough movie and i've seen it twice but i'm not in any rush to see it again for quite some time. Tangled on the other hand is fantastic and it's a shame it's got so overshadowed because of frozen, it's a far better movie all round.

But with these sort of movies (fairytale) they should always be "one and done", sequels always diminish fairytales because it always diminish the "Happily ever after" ending of the original movie. That's why the shrek movies got progressively worse and irrelevant
