Your opinion is suspect from here on out.

You must be referring to someone else. I actually thoroughly enjoyed No Country for Old Men. Please find me a link to me not liking it. Really. I dare you.

As for There Will Be Boring... Good luck on trying to stay awake through that one. And think before you speak.

Wink

Beta-Man,

Here is what I wrote on NCFOM from https://forum.blu-ray.com/showthread...ighlight=NCFOM

"No Country on the other hand was funny in some parts. Sugar was hilariously psycho. I thought it fit in with the Coen Bro's style. If you've ever seen Barton Fink, you know what I mean. I enjoyed it. I think everyone should see it."

and

SilverFireshot: Anyway, I enjoyed No Country For Old Men because it was refreshing...

Me: That's exactly what it was. It kindof forces the audience to think for a change. It was just that... a breathe of fresh air.

Meaning that this is not an actual screenplay that she is writing. Correct?

I've never heard of SA Goons. I doubt I've ever read anything from Something Awful before.

I hated There Will Be Blood as well. I will say it was the best acted movie in the last 25 years; however, but I found it to be insanely boring. Loved all the other best picture candidates, though.

O.K. I may have been thinking of someone else.... I will take your word for it rather than attempt to find a quote. I'm sure you know what you said better than I..... I apologize for the confusion.

I haven't seen There Will Be Blood, but I am very much looking forward to it.

Has anyone a personal review of this movie, just saw the trailer for the first time and it looks decent but I'm curious if anyone recommends this movie ...

Let me tell you...Juno is more than "decent"....
Absolutely brilliant screenplay. It's actually one of my favorite movies
from that genre. I've purchased the blu-ray recently. I couldn't be happier with the pq.

Diablo Cody won best screenplay for Juno at the Academy Awards that year, so, yeah, it's good!

Thanks, I generally try not to resurrect older topics but I was curious about this film. Now, to see if I can get this film for a decent price.

I recommend this as well. I blind bought this a couple of years ago and don't regret it at all. A few people here and there are turned off by the style of the dialogue, but it is still widely considered to be a pretty good movie.

I've watched a lot of off-genre films and have even enjoyed Kevin Smith's films. Thoroughly enjoyed Clerks, Chasing Amy, Dogma and Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back(?). I'll be ordering Juno very soon.

Did this Blu come with a slipcover originally? I caught some of this on tv the other day and thought I'd pick it up, but was curious if the original pressing included a slip.
