From memory it was excellent (as are most blu-ray gigs) but now I feel I might need to check again are you a stickler for separation or overall clarity?

I see the Alice Cooper Raise The Dead Live From Wacken will have an Amazon exclusive, at least in the UK http://www.amazon.co.uk/Raise-Dead-L...+cooper+wacken Includes Blu Ray, DVD, 2xCD and 2xvinyl in an 80 page book. The blu is available on its own for less than $20

The new Greg Allman Live from Macon is excellent (Although I wish they'd stop the interviews between songs)-Blu ray picture is stunning however and the sound crisp and robust. MusiCares Tribute to Neil Young also great-except I wish Eaglevision would start doing 1080p instead of 1080i concerts more frequently. Also the new Jeff Lynne (ELO)-excellent!

This is one of the crowned possessions in my collection, a definite recommendation for any fan:

This one was a pleasant Christmas gift so I keep it, however, the lack of content/music is frustrating (having Mr. Williams himself conducting wouldn't have been bad either, but alas, its a celebration of his work):

This thread is great! The picture quality of blu and combining with musical element have almost close to the 'being there' experience.

This is a recording of the 25th Anniversary of Joe Hisaishi's career celebration concert. Being a huge Studio Ghibli fan, this is one of my favorite recordings of anything, ever.

I agree with everyone about Joe Bonamassa... I also have the (4) show Box set of the 4 venues that he plays in Europe. I've also been fortunate to have won tickets to his concerts for the last 2 years in a row. He is AMAZING LIVE.

The blu-ray has excellent PQ/AQ.

One of my favorites still, has to be the Eagles Farewell 1 Tour - Live from Melbourne. Even more so that it was filmed almost 12 years ago and the picture quality upscaled to my 65" 4K LG is amazing... The Audio, is in my opinion one the the best overall DTS-MA concert mixes that I've played through my system to date. To top it off, they played ONLY 30 songs for this show.

Agreed! My favourite by far JoeB BluRay is the Live In Amsterdam with Beth Hart, followed by Live at Radio City.

Agreed again! Prolly the best musical BD available, picture and especially the sound quality! The performance is the old-men Eagles at the top of their game, for sure!

It's a shame there isn't a Pink Floyd gig available to buy to match this!

It would be easy enough to do an SD-BD upscale for Pulse... it would look like rubbish but that's hardly a problem, just turn off the screen and crank the volume.

Works for me . Just having the songs with lossless audio would make me happy .

The YES-Tales from Topographic Oceans I am very interested in. The Audio Codecs for this one is outstanding. Pulling the trigger on this one soon.

Be prepared...to be blown away...assaulted from all fronts...YES

Roger Waters 'Amused to Death' on Blu-ray Audio in high-res multichannel audio is also very cool. Depending if you're a motivated fan or not.
After all, Pink Floyd 'The Wall' is Roger's big mojo all over the globe, and with his ideology. To me it's a no-brainer, but to others it's...different; it goes beyond the music, beyond the wall, beyond the man and his experience and what he stands for.

A few with some seriously impressive audio quality:

Obviously the Dio one is 4x3 upscaled SD so it looks a bit crap, but with a nice crisp 2.0 PCM 96/24 track and a bass-blasting DTS-HD remix (also 96/24) it's a treat for the ears, especially with so many tracks from the underrated Strange Highways album.
