No way is Will Smith is going to play Captain Boomerang, in the comics one of his personality traits is racism towards black people and I don't see them changing that.

...the only DC comics film that I'm looking forward to. If it's done correctly, it has the potential to be one of the biggest moneymakers of the year and the first of a series of films. It could actually be DC's equivalent of Marvel's "Guardians of the Galaxy"

Won't be excited for this one until I see a good trailer as I'm not really a fan of the Squad.

That said...some great casting in there...and then there is Jai Courtney

I need Leto and Robbie in a solo Batfleck movie soon

I can see Leto as a very Mark Hamill-esque Joker

That's certainly an unexpected cast. If I hadn't heard all the rumors leading up the announcement, I'd be damn near shocked.

Everything looks great, except I think most of us will agree we were hoping to see Courtney as a rumor that didn't pan out.

Well, I'm gonna say it again. It's gonna be interesting to see WB put Bane and Rick Flag in the same movie together.

Other than Jai Courtney, the cast looks pretty promising.

Warners still has the role of Amanda Waller, the character who oversees the team (similarly to Nick Fury in the Marvel universe), to cast before the film goes into production. The studio’s shortlist of actresses being eyed for the role includes Viola Davis, Octavia Spencer and Oprah Winfrey, whom sources say would be WB’s first choice for the part.

This movie has good potential and really hoping that it turns out to be a successful movie. Also, Leto and Robbie could be in the stand alone Batman movie.

Well it is good to see that the actors are pretty much set for this movie. It will be interesting to see who they will choose to play Amanda W. I guess Warner decided not to bring Angela Bassett back to play her.
