Paramount DC's?

Apparently now Paramount has joined the studios offering Digital Copy on their SD and Blu-rays, if they haven't already (have they?)

And not that I ever intend to buy "Love Guru" for a permanent DC, but just for future reference--
Do we know where Paramount stands on the iPod-compatible MP4 fence?

(For future reference, my earlier fears of Sony's still-pushing-PlaysforSure DC's turned out to be well founded:
As it cost me ten bucks to find out that their digital copies of "Dark Crystal" and "The Natural" were on Pod-incompatible WMV format, could only be unlocked through a Windows-only .EXE application, and could only "Play on Playstation 3" through the PSP-synch interface as originally uploaded by a Windows-only PC, for those who owned either one of those....Darn, back to the iTunes store. )
