I got a $15 back on 2 purchases of $75 or more. I didn't read the terms to see if it excludes shipped items. I know I've never had a Circle offer before that excludes shipped items because I've always met them with shipped items. In fact, the only time I can fulfill any of these Circle offers is during a B2G1F, and I doubt there will be another before the 16th. Apart from shipped movies, I really don't buy much from Target any more because their prices are rarely better than other closer stores. I remember the days years ago when I'd go there almost weekly just to check their clearance endcaps, and I'd almost always find something to buy. I don't think I've found a deal on a Target clearance endcap for 1-2 years now, so I long ago gave up on going to Target unless there's something I want (or a shipped item I need to return).

I got the birthday thing as well and was going to ask if that might negate me getting one of the offers people are seeing, but I see it doesn't. Oh, well maybe next time. |

If I were to follow your suggestions, pretty much only the first sentence of my posts would ever be seen without opening the spoiler. I appreciate that you are saying things nicely to me, but how many lines I post is a judgment call how on/off topic I think it is and how much opinion I throw in. Considering I don't have an avatar, even my 8-10 line posts take up less vertical space than most others 1 line posts with avatars and detailed profile descriptions.

Why? Because deals threads are (mostly) time sensitive relative to pricing and purchasing. Most ppl want to skim through posts looking for details that can impact their purchases: 1) Pricing 2) Availability 3) Shipping 4) Title suggestions 5) When the deal starts and ends etc etc Are all central topics that can be important in deal discussions. The history behind you purchases are not timely and most likely not important to 90+% of those looking for quick and timely information about a deal. Again, I'm not saying don't post those things, but use the spoiler. If ppl want to read it, they can. For those that want info that relevant to the vast majority of members, they don't have to wade through that info to find any relevant details. Just look what the vast majority shared before your post and you can see what I'm talking about. |

^THIS^
I'd add that constantly explaining why you didn't buy anything in a sale thread is helpful to no one. |
