It's pretty good, I was surprised. I hadn't done a 3D movie in awhile and it added a good amount of depth and there were some cool pop-outs during big fights.

Just got back from seeing it and I thought it was fantastic - 5/5 for this poll. I was completely expecting to have to temper my criticisms due to all of the characters in this one, but I think they pulled it off - it all worked for me brilliantly.

Didn't plan to, but timing dictated we see this in 3D and I thought was great. I'll definitely be catching it again before it leaves the theatre.

It was a yes/no question
my point of the poll, almost everyone you thanked had voted in the poll and voted positively too. so unless you think everyone or most of the people who voted in the poll giving it 3 stars or better is lying, then your question could have been answered.

remember, just because they told you in a "yes" post, might not be truthful either.

I'm only saying the poll would have been a pretty good indicator of what a lot of people here think of the movie as it's a public poll and you can see everyone who voted and how.

I do respect your response to me as I think you took it the wrong way. ultimately, poll or post, you will have to be the one who decides whether it's "any good". please do let us know what you think once you have seen it.

Speaking of this. Why did BW have a new hairstyle? No mention or even joke of it.

In the words of Thanos, you can say that was "perfectly balanced."

So jealous of all you people going again. I just can't find seats anywhere but in the front rows.

Going alone, usually there's a few stray seats in the mid to back of the theater, but it's weird how full the showings are this time. Gonna look for a seat next Saturday night, as crowds should still make the theaters near sell outs again. Seeing this with a huge crowd is a must imo.

9.5/10

Wow… paying off ten years of excellence was mostly worthwhile and genuinely shocking.

This movie assumes you are a fan and know these characters. It jumps right in to the action with no set up or exposition. You are IN this movie right from the start. The development and ground work from the other 18 films pave the way for a truly emotional drama and mind-blowing experience. And that’s just what this movie is… an experience. It’s a thrill ride start to finish including genuine “white knuckle” fear for some favorite characters.

A valid complaint would have to be that this is without a doubt a part 1. Yet, having to sit an entire year contemplating what we saw and what’s going to happen now only adds to the fun.

The after credits scenes is probably the best of any Marvel film.

[Show spoiler]Also, some characters really do get very little screen time. Surprised at how little Cap, Hulk and Black Panther had to do.
Overall, Infinity War is every bit as epic as advertised and a year can’t fly by fast enough.

it's the best comic book movie I've ever seen to date. it had everything in just the right amounts and did everything perfectly.

I've never sat in a comic book movie and actually heard people crying and I mean crying out loud too!

my own eyes watered up and I fought back those tears because yeah, they wanted to flow.

I felt like I was an actual participant in what was happening on screen and I felt like I'd gotten the ass whooping of my life right alongside the super hero's. and it was an epic ass whooping too!

can't wait to see it again, but, as I said days ago, my Daughter and I went in full cosplay, to see this, we walked the mall before and after and we easily had been stopped close to 75 times for pictures. we met lots of kids who loved our outfits, some where scared but all looked. lots of grown-ups wanted pictures too. at one point, they thought we worked for the Disney store at the mall and were promoting the movie in the mall!

the absolute most amazing thing happened to us, two kids came up to us, a brother and sister, and they gave each of us a huge hug. we were both taken aback and again, the eye water welled up. their father told us the kids saw us and wanted to come over to give us a hug because they had never seen black people as super hero's in "real life" until they saw us in cosplay. yeah, my Daughter and I were both honored and moved!

these kids in this picture didn't speak much, but, they wanted pictures and they made the picture taking sign and said please, so we understood what they wanted!

Attachment 198740
and we gave it to them!

then, there was this little guy, who was the closest thing to cosplay as we were in the entire mall. he was great, first, he was shy and afraid to get into a picture with us, but, he kept hanging around and finally after he saw us playing around finally got into the picture. now he's gonna have a great story to tell his friends and family on social media and at school tomorrow!

yep, lots of fun!

Comic Con, we are ready!

Avengers 4, not so much!
This post should be read on every page! AWESOME!

Infinity War is a film to enjoy with a crowd of fans. Thursday night it was like a sporting event. The buzz and laughter as you watched sent chills. Cap's intro drew actual LOUD applause and cheering!

It has been very emotional each time I have seen this. A lot of gasps and oh nos. People are invested in these characters.

The end credits is awesome for not being flashy for once. Just plain white text to help soak in the chaos that ensued in the past 2.5 hours.

A lot going on in the movie. It was long but I wanted more, especially after that end credit scene. I feel like I need another viewing before I can give a rating. Was kind of funny that
[Show spoiler]Hulk was scared to come out
after the beat down.

Ok last question...

I haven't seen Black Panther yet, have I missed anything that is going to harm my enjoyment of this?
