Good Western Movies On Blu-ray?

Sadly, the soon to be released , Tombstone did not get the best transfer according to the review HERE.

Django is coming out in May, which is a great spaghetti western. Also how did you guys forget about Butch Cassidy and The Sundance Kid that movie looks great on blu ray. Wyatt Earp and Young Guns are both out on blu ray too.

If you got to any of the westerns already mentioned you can click on the "Western" genre link and it will give you a long list of titles though some of them won't actually be westerns, just with western-like qualities (Firefly for instance).

Isn't Fistful of Dollars out in Italy? I know one of them is, with English language audio

Actually, all three of the films...TGTB&TU, AFOD, and FAFDM have been released in Italy on Blu...the first link below is some screenshot comparisons of "Fistful" of dollars, just click on the version you want to see for each individual shot, and the pic will change...the Blu looks incredible... I hope the U.S. version looks just as good, because as it is, the Italian Blu of TGTB&TU is far superior to the U.S. release, at least from the screencaps I've seen (which is the second link)...

Correction, for that link, you actually don't need to click on each of the different versions (unless you want to see each pic in its full resolution)...all you need to do is 'mouse over' the different releases, and the pic will change...

Which is great to know in the instance that the U.S. transfer looks bad...if it does, I'll probably end up importing the Italian version, as it looks outstanding IMO...
