It is not confirmed in the US yet, but Best Buy Canada did confirmed theirs.

Pipe dream, really..

Funny thing, I've been able to upgrade each time Fox re-released this series on Blu-ray and made money by selling my older set for more than I paid for the newer set. I too wouldn't mind upgrading again if I can get both the older and newer movies in one set with 4K, 3D and alternative cuts combined. I may even be willing to pay a premium above what I could sell my old copies for.

How many more times could they possibly re-release the X-Men movies this year? It would have been nice if the 2-film collection from April was released later so the artwork matches the original trilogy's cover. I believe there is space for you to put the disc for Apocalypse, but the "2 Film Collection" on the front would drive me nuts.

No Rogue Cut, no sale. Also not a fan of them calling this "Beginnings." Would prefer First Class Trilogy or maybe something else. Beginnings sounds too much like Batman. At least the artwork ain't bad; not great but could've been a lot worse.

Well because it just continues the endless cycle of studios putting out rehashed, inferior products. Instead of offering new transfers, they just photoshop some different, ugly cover art and try to pass it off as new content to unknowing consumers. Voicing our frustrations won't make a difference but it's completely understandable why people do so.

Not really. First off these are all new release movies basically that have no need for a remaster or new edition. Secondly who cares if studios put together new bundles like this while they wait to offer a new master down the road? We can't remaster every movie out there this year, there's a queue. Why not offer a new package for casual buyers in the meantime?

There will be a regular Bluray & DVD combo pack and then a 2D/3D combo minus the DVD.

Yeah, there were similar complaints about Lucasfilm possibly releasing a set with the classic movies and Episode VII. It's not for the fans that already bought the movies previously, unless your're some super ocd collector who has to have every iteration of something.

This set is for somebody who never bought First Class or Future Past, sees this set on the shelf, and decides to pick it up as an alternative to the standalone copy of Apocalypse.

Fox always seems to flip a coin as to what's Region Free and what isn't. I know their last couple of releases have been a mix of A/B to Free, so I'd say there's a chance.
