Talk about self delusional, prideful, boastful nonsense. I weep for the future. People like this need to grow-up and fix that chip on their shoulders and take responsibility for their actions and health. Using big words from your feminist liberal studies classes trying to pass the buck to males and away from their weight and personal health is laughable at best. Instead of exercise, lets complain about a game that is going to have a fat girl as a centerpiece, and giving the middle finger on top of it? That's a quality girl for you, and I bet she has people lined up at her door trying to ask her out based off her inner beauty and attitude. That type of attitude is what drives the GOOD guys (you know, the ones that DO value attitude as a pro and WILL take care of you) away. Here's a hint for those 'fat and proud' girls who have that chip on their shoulder. Grow a backbone and ditch the feminist liberal studies. Everyone has different tastes, period. Some people like fat women, others don't. If I have to turn off the lights to even talk to you, you're simply not for me. People are going to be attracted to you based off their OWN personal tastes be it black white asian hispanic fat thin hourglass small boobed big boobed hairy or smooth wither you want to admit it or not. I like short Asian girls with long black hair the most, and nothing you can do or years feminist classes will ever change that. Just like some guys like fat tall girls. Oh I know, the ones that do find you attractive aren't good looking enough for you -- maybe they are too fat as well? Oh the irony. I just don't get it really. Even my wife, who, at one time had the same feminist liberal study background through college, gave that crap up when she found out it was a bunch of BS. She even looks at her former best friend who really does classify as a feminist -- with sadness. She feels her best friend, under the brainwashing of feminism thought, is going to miss out of the best life has to offer with marriage and family. 3 years later, the thing she wants most is to be a mother, and raise the kids with appropriate moral values. That's a far cry from when I first met her, who, through her feminist background viewed males, and more particularly families with disdain. Quote:
The potential for this game surely is limitless. |

![]() In some ways, maybe. But, I'm a little disheartened at how some members have degraded the whole 'fat' thing. 'Fat' is complicated. Yes, a great deal of obese people got there themselves (well, McDonalds or whoever probably didn't make it any harder, that's for sure). But, there is a certain percentage of obese people who simply had no control of it. I've had two friends in my life, both female, who were very slender and 'hawt' that ended up being very obese. They exercised and ate well; however, they could never stop gaining weight. Luckily, their boyfriends (now husbands) stood by them and supported them. As they got older (and discovered health care) they found out they had illnesses that caused their obesity that were completely out of their control without heavy (and in one case extremely risky and painful) medical assistance. The first girl had somehow developed a Thyroid condition that affected hormones somehow to cause her to not process fats properly so that even on a 'starvation' diet, she could not lose weight. She was very active physically also yet could not lose weight. After thyroid surgery and continuing hormonal treatment she can now maintain a 'not so obese' phenotype. The other girl was less fortunate. She had developed 'Cushing's Disease' somehow which required _brain surgery_ and extreme medication to treat. Basically, her brain, due to the disease, was sending false signals to her body causing it to not burn fat properly. She got huge, regardless of activity and diet also. The brain surgery was extraordinarily painful and the ongoing treatment was very bad as well with many 'episodes'. I personally had to give her an emergency adrenaline shot to stabilize her while she was visiting once a few weeks after the surgery. Neither of these girls had a choice about their obesity. Mother nature gave it to them through other conditions out of their control. Kind of insensitive to disrespect them for their obesity in that sense. This makes 'dissing fat people' kind of difficult as you never quite know how they got that way. For the less intelligent or knowledgeable it's easy to say 'she ate her way there' or whatever and joke about it; however, there are many obese people who have been dieting and exercising their whole lives, probably working harder than most 'athletic' folks on these forums, to no avail due to other conditions they may have (whether they know it or not) without seeing the results. I'm lucky. I've never personally been fat or obese. So far, at 38, my metabolism and activity level (though dropping lately) has kept me pretty good (though not as 'athletic' looking as I once was, that's for sure). So, I don't know the hardship of people constantly ridiculing me for being a 'fatty' or whatever. If someone truly did eat their way there, or was actually _that_ lazy, they probably deserve it and reap what they sew; however, how do we really know personally how they got there? Personally, I'd rather err on the side of giving the benefit of the doubt than ridiculing and mocking then later looking like a fool. ![]() |

Oh read the comments on both her blogs! Not sure what is funnier, the people bashing her, or the people trying to defend her. I swear, they spend more time trying to counter every comment on the blog then they do their life. Makes me wonder how these people manage to find time to eat!

The problem with diehard feminism is not their message. In all truthfullness, I really hope for a place where men and women are treated equally and with the same respect. Great idea.
Boisterous feminism like this blog is what is damaging that cause. She is complaining. Nobody likes a complainer. Especially a woman complaining about a video game about a "fat princess". The reason why most men do not pay attention to the feminist complainers like this women, is because they are complaining. I was in a bar with my buddy a couple of years ago. I had struck up a converstation with a woman who was a friend of a friend of a friend. While in the conversation, she asks to make out. I tell her no. She then asks why not. I tell her that my girlfriend is in the bathroom and I am not that kind of guy. She then starts whinning about how she cannot find a boyfriend and asks me why. (because she is a whinner). I tell her to think about it and walk away. |

Heres what i dont get. There are fat people in the world, its a reality and everyone knows it. So they take a real world thing by putting a fat chick as the princess, and all of a sudden fatties unite to ***** about it? WTF ur fat and so is the princess, who cares. you find fat people in real life, why cant they be shown in a video game???
