I've ordered several times from tower and had no problems until now. It's been over 4 weeks and still no delivery.

Apparently even after all items in an order are processed for shipping, they may take up to 7 business days extra to actually ship.

http://www.tower.com/help/help_shipping.cfm
"Please note that your order may take an additional 5-7 business days to ship after all items in the order are available to ship. Transit time for Free Standard Shipping orders is 10 to 14 business days after shipping."

I'm wondering if Tower.com just didn't ship my order. Does cancelling an item on an order while leaving the others in place make them forget to ship?

The only online company I've ever dealt with saying an order ships and hasn't. I don't bother with them.

If I this order this more than 2 weeks, it will be the last time Tower gets my money.

UPDATE

I called Tower and they were very gracious and even gave me a tracking number and it seems I'll be getting my order soon.

So, I'm back to being a loyal Tower customer!

The person I talked to seemed very professional and spoke perfect English.

I've ordered multiple times from them and have had good luck each time. My last order took 10 days with free shipping and they even sent a Tower.com keychain with my order.

The delivery time was never a big concern to me....always got my orders in a reasonable amount of time. But just wait till you need to return something such as a damaged item.......my last order with Tower was my LAST order with Tower.

My first ordered arrived the other day. The packing slip said it was processed on Feb. 10th, yet USPS didn't receive the item until Mar. 11th. WTF?
