That all sounds good madrid and makes sense to what we were told, only the weird thing was that he said to us that he already had GF SB in hand.

Im not saying its not legit, but im also saying id proceed with caution, ofcourse if I saw a pic I'd dive right in and take the plunge and I dont think thats too much to ask for when ordering a bunch ... otherwise id just order 1 and see if they real if they wont provide pic ... but if you got the know how to handle a business like this and order SteelBooks and all that goodness ... then a digital pic shouldnt be much

I can place orders through him but I dont think by any means a group buy should be done until an order is placed or pictures are seen to atleast not get screwed cause I dont think this is an outfit BY NO MEANS that will do refunds ....

Ofcourse, I wont completely knock a one man operation just yet, cause jwbbud does a good job could this be the argentina JW ?

I was told of some "other" blu-ray steelbook titles im almost embarrased to repeat LOL if they are not "real" lol ... but if they are, WOW ... yall will go crazy!!

I'll just say one for now .... Godfather trilogy blu-ray steelbook .... (I know this came out on DVD so I kept telling my wife SURE ITS BLU-RAY!? ...he kept saying yes ... so I said for him to send me pictures ... so im really interested to see some pics)

He also said he had some from Brazil ....

South America runs rampant on bootlegs like thailand, so watch out folks.

yea.......but I dont manufacture movies?

I agree, there's no way I would move on this without a picture, but I did get a feel that this was legit. By the way he also mentioned another call from the U.S. which I assume was yours. I just said OK as I did not want him to feel that we were just hitting him from multiple angles. He wasn't trying to sell me anything and we just had a long conversation about special editions for BDs coming out and his business. I actually pressed him for other SBs that he may have, and he did not say anything about having Godfather right now. If he had said he had it I would have bought it right then and there, and again he didn't try to push anything on me or ask for any deposits or anything fishy.

I would also like to note that I also found the site for Brazil, but they didn't have any Steelbooks listed. One other thing for those of you with quality concerns about the discs being made in Argentina, he told me that the Masters come to Argentina already done and they don't touch them. He said that the difference is going to come in the audio tracks and subtitles available (instead of any asian languages, expect french, Portuguese, and Spanish). In the end, I will keep talking to him and emailing him until something comes out, but I think that there's reason for hope.

BTW, the site lists an Iron Man SB but that's no longer in stock and it's OOP.

yeah im like you man, I dont wanna pester him too much either ... Im awaiting his email and will post back here in regards to that, otherwise I'll send him an email tonight.

he didnt ask for any CC info from us either but in a way he wanted to know right then if I wanted to order GF and how many I wanted and thats when I told my wife for him to send the pics since he had already taken down my email address to send me information so I just wanted to be safe before placing some order... Here's to hoping.

hmmmm...

well, I'm going to approach him again indirectly on this GF issue and see if we can get any pics. I still think there's hope and that this sounds legit, but I agree on the staying on the safe side approach. I'll post any new findings as well.

Still nothing, what im thinking ... since he has replied back and showed interest is that they have none on hand and trying to figure out which to get made or something hence why he hasnt provided a list. Ofcourse, I could be completely wrong and they are just taking a while

Question: is SteelBook a centralised or decentralised company in regards to information on products?

I ask this as it would be a good idea to contact them in order to verify the legitimacy of this Steel.

They have different facilities, one in europe and one in Ohio ... and I think one more ... so where the order was placed is out of the question ... not to mention they will probably not have the time of day to answer our questions that dont pertain to our business.

As they didnt help out whatsoever on any John Rambo questions I had haha.
