I'm really unsure about this. I mean, Will Smith as Deadshot? Really? I can't picture him as an all-out psycho...and to be honest, I don't really want to.

Of course I hope you're wrong but how many times do people need to be reminded of the backlash that castings like Ledger as Joker and RDJ as Iron Man got? Will Smith has the chops to pull a lot of things off. Of course, there are roles better suited for certain actors but we won't know until we see it. And I for one, being a child of the 90's, love Smith as an actor. As a person, well he brought Jaden into this world so.......unforgivable.

All I'm saying is give this cast a shot. Btw, I love Leto as the Joker. I hope he makes it his own and doesn't try to pay Ledger to much respect by becoming that Joker. All of a sudden I care about this movie.

Color me surprised that Smith took the role, but the cast is great, outside of Jai Courtney. I love what I see from this one so far, I can't wait! Also, Winfrey as Waller would be excellent casting, and I hope they land her. If not, Spencer or Davis would be more than ideal candidates. This movie could be really special.

Also, I can't wait to see Leto's Joker already going against Affleck's Batman!

I'm not too worried about Leto's version of the Joker. I'm sure it's closer to the comics that Heath's version.

Looks to be another crap fest from WB. Pretty horrid casting IMO. Leto will be fine.

Agree on Lantern not so much on Steel. I do wonder if Smith will be Floyd Lawton or if they will change his name.
