Don't do Facebook nor follow them on Twitter. Frankly I'd presumed they'd almost definitely already issued an apology via those mediums.

EDIT: Just checked emails and my M.I.A. package shipped earlier today.

Never heard of this but considering the writer, cast and the £0.00 price tag I'm chancing one...

http://networkonair.com/shop/2109-pa...697019622.html

Wonder if they'll fulfil the order?

I'm tempted: one of my sisters was an extra in that...

Decided not to go too crazy this time, as I still have a bunch of Network titles to watch as it is. Did commit to a few though, as it has not be 50% off their whole catalogue before now.

Glad I missed the glitch the other day too, as I almost did order stuff when mention of technical problems were popping up on here. Hopefully they sort it out for all affected orders and dispatch them straight away!

PS: Remember being a little frustrated that The Brink's Job wasn't released on Blu-ray as well. Knowing my luck they'll announce it later in the year and it will have been something of a pointless purchase (though I'm sure I'll be able to make the £3.50 back if I sold it on).
Are you not aware that it is common practice for Network to issue emails saying an item has been shipped when all that has been done is the order has been passed to Sony for processing?
I've ordered 14 discs over 4 orders this week and the first batch of 5 arrived today. Shipping emails arrived for the rest during the week but at least 2 orders don't show as shipped on my order history.
Apart from the crap nature of Networks website the one other thing they can be relied on is for emails that lie.

They all say "Shipped" on my account too, so I doubt they're lying. Only three items ordered, and separately too. I noticed the first order originally said "Sony to fulfil" or something like that, but later changed to "Shipped".

Never had a problem with Network before other than one broken item and slow dispatch/delivery times (took over a week for one to arrive, if memory serves). But that could just be Sony DADC's fault rather than Network themselves.

Still nothing for, just a few generic responses that are vague and don't tell me anything. Frustrating to say the least.

You don't know my sister. When she comes to stay she leaves the oven on, the lights on in every room, used hankies on every table top or surface, forgets to lock the front door, never turns the TV off even when she goes out, throws out the coffee filter along with the filter paper, and don't get me started on her idea of washing up after she uses a plate or cutlery - that is when she doesn't just leave the cups for a week...

Trust me, I'd be overpaying.

Oh, and if anyone's interested, she's still single.

They have a little green 'NEW' icon by them. Not many BDs:

http://networkonair.com/shop/2469-i-...697021564.html

http://networkonair.com/shop/2468-me...697020574.html

These are new to the sale. Not sure if they are FremantleMedia releases.

If it says shipped on your Account then they will be . I was merely pointing out that a shipping email from Network should be taken with a pinch of salt.

I've still got absolutely nothing but the same generic email from them, ordered a week ago. Just some genuine actual response from someone that isn't copied and pasted would at least be nice. Frustrating that people are ordering now and getting everything smoothly sent out. I'm sure cancelling and re-ordering would be even more of a headache in the long run.

I actually got one non-generic response saying that my orders won't get cancelled (I had sent 3 e-mails asking if my orders will be cancelled before getting an answer as they put them ON HOLD). I am hoping that is true as I will miss the sale entirely if it is not. I will keep my orders which are in limbo and keep my fingers crossed,

I ordered last Saturday and hadn't seen any movement on the order. Didn't bother contacting them as they acknowledged the issue online, and received a shipping notice this morning, so they seem to be dealing with it.

All four orders have now shipped--I hope they have this sale next year as well.

My orders are still on hold and my e-mail asking for a shipping timetable has not been answered.

Is there anyone else who still has their orders on hold or have to been sent to fulfill?

Thanks

In my own case most of my stuck orders changed to Sony to fulfill yesterday and shipped today. However I still have one that still says payment accepted. Going by the times the orders were sent in order to Sony they have missed this one. Still nothing about my overcharge.
