Heh, I sold the code from Watchmen for a tenner, that's 14 of your American dollars. Most new release ones go for upwards of £6/$8.5. There's gold in them thar codes!

Hello guys,

I made account on this forum because i need help.
I made a pre order on Jurassic Park 4k Collection, however i have problem.
I bought Xbox One X and i wanted to watch JP in 4k on it,but it's seems i won't be able to do it because that collection is region A/1 and i live in Europe (Croatia).
Is there any way for me to pre order that collection on Amazon or from some other shop for the same price as this one ordered from Amazon ($50-ish)?
I'm region B/2 and i need help ASAP.
Thanks

UHD discs are region free by design, the included 1080p discs might not be but if you're watching 4K then no need to worry.

I haven't seen the sequels in a while either - so who knows - maybe I will just keep the thing if they are passable to me.

Here on the forums? I've had a bunch that went unsold at $3.99 each and ended up redeeming them, giving them to friends, or price dropping them down until they sold. Granted I'm speaking more of uhds that have been on the market for a while and not new releases.

Yep. On new release day, most codes go for at least $7, and I’ll have 5+ PMs within two minutes of posting it. They go and they go fast. I’ve sold almost $300 worth of codes since the first of the year.

Is that true?

UPDATE: Just followed through with customer service and it is a FACT, BB does not price match on Pre-Orders. They did tell me endlessly that if it drops to a lower price than what's listed, that I'd get that price. I know that...... lol

I like spending my money at BB over other competitors. Do you think that it will stay at $49.99 for release and I should wait and get it at BB, or throw my money at Wal-Mart or Amazon.

;(
I'm in the same boat. I have my BB steelbooks pre'd, but the amazon price makes it really tempting. Then I saw someone was able to get a price match already. I'll try that in the morning.

Gotta up your asking price! I usually look through the digital copy thread on Tuesday and see pretty much all the codes going for at least $7. Sure, older codes won’t fetch as much, but brand new ones on release day will go from $7-$10.

I’m betting this set of four codes from this release could get $25-$30 on release day.

Depends. The Patriot 4K dropped to $15 recently at Walmart, with Amazon matching, and is now back up to $20, which is about where it may end up releasing at.

Very true. I'll give it another day. BB seems to have it off anyways because there are 3 editions listed for this collection all at $89.99

1. Standard 4K Collection
2. Standard 4K Collection (with $15 Movie Money)
3. 4K Steelbook Collection (with $15 Movie Money)

Does anybody know yet if the Blu-Rays included here will feature the new 4K scans or will it be the same ones as before?

This is a nice looking set. I'm so glad they went with the book style packaging again. I know lots of people on here hate it but I love it.

Only thing that's going to bother me is this will be an incomplete set right off the bat. But I'm getting this set either way, since I don't own any of the films yet and its been long over due that I get them.

I can tolerate book style packaging if they incorporate plastic trays like Warner used to (Papillon, The Killing Fields, Streetcar etc) but anything with a cardboard slot design can go f*** itself. Storing discs in a way that means the playing surface is in constant contact with another surface is crazy stupid

And they still haven't fixed them yet either. All are still 8 digit online-only skus.

I'm just getting the set as a relatively cheap way to get the UHD discs which I will transfer into my JP/JW steelbooks. I'll probably give the blu-rays then to my youngest son.
