My Goodwill sells all their BDs for $5 (DVDs for $3), regardless of type or condition. Today, I found a bunch of new stock, including some that have only been released in the last few months:



Most were new/sealed, but some did have slits in the UPC.


I ended up with these:



The three BDs were new/sealed, and not slits. I was also VERY happy to find "The Red Road" new/sealed for $3.

They definitely had more DVDs than BDs, but even some of them were recent releases, and still sealed for $3.


EDIT: Now I'm regretting not picking up that Continuum: Season Three. It was still sealed, but had the UPC slashed. Still, worth it for $5.

I may have to go back this weekend.

you definitely missed out by not buying The Dog. That's a Drafthouse Films blu-ray that will likely never be had for less than $15. It's also a brilliant documentary.

Already own it! I got it a few weeks ago for free (in trade) to a local shop.


EDIT: But now I also regret not getting "Imitation of Life." That was only released on April 7! It had a slit on the UPC, but I'm thinking I won't care in the end.

I grabbed John Dies at the End brand new from my local pawn shop for $5 yesterday afternoon.

ah yes, I remember that... or add peas and a few thin slices of chicken and you had a balanced meal ... good old dorm days

One better recipe...


1x Mac & Cheese box, 1x can of tuna, 1x can of peas...


Make the Mac, put in the rest!

When done and HOT, add shredded cheese and spices to you liking, and stir.
