Supposed to be funny...yet scary because of it. This one just looks scary so why be a clown at all?

TBH I'm not really fussed with the look of Pennywise, IT awoke in I think the early 1700's right? been a while since i read the book. I'm more interested with what forms IT takes in the film.

In the book, IT is a continuous shape shifter (leper, flying leeches, vampire, big bird, the witch from hansel & gretel, shark from Jaws to name a few) occasionally taking a clown form, that's what made it frightening, hopefully they can capture that aspect like from the book.

being a 30 mil budget I'm not expecting everything. and a fair few changes to what the kids see.

That actually made me really excited for a second, but then I realized.. I'm totally happy with what little we've seen so far in those two trailers (if you want to call that second one a trailer), and I'm not sure I WANT to see more in the two months (and four days) left. I kinda like how this film is wrapped in secrecy.

Not to sound like a douche, but I hate when people say this. If you don't want to see any more footage from the movie and they do release more trailers, then simply don't watch the trailers. No one is forcing you to watch them. If the two trailers were enough for you, then just go blind and don't watch any more marketing material for "It".

It was the worst when one of the Spider-Man: Homecoming trailers dropped and every one was complaining that they showed too much and they were upset that they spoiled some scenes. Well, who's fault is that? It's your (the viewer) fault for deciding to gamble and watch the trailer.
