It was perfect, they said there's still a possibility of getting a voucher code. But said that at this time I didn't qualify, not sure what constitutes as qualifications, but I'm calling BS on this promotion. They may have just lost a purchase since I've never played a MGS game before and was going to give the beta a whirl to decide.

The beta is for a completely different thing than the actual game itself.

Won't the game also have an online mode? That'd probably be my main play point anyways. I still haven't played past the first act of COD4 yet, almost played online exclusively.

Yes it will have a starter pack with more maps as DLC later on i believe.
