Double eek then. At least if it lasts through the end of 13th, there might be that one day overlap.

I had assumed the coupon didn't expire the same date for everyone and was some rolling date 30+ days after it was approved, is it really a one size fits all coupon?

Was planning on getting Ghostbusters and Resident Evil on release day, but now I'm wondering if I should just wait for B2G1 and grab those in store with Schitt's Creek.

If the B2G1 happens the earlier week, Resident Evil will likely be excluded since it is a new release.

Or at least the one I got does. I don't know if it changes when you sign up for the red card or not.

Looks like all these coupons expire on Feb 13th. Exact wording is "Expires 2/13/22" so I was assuming they were good through the end of the day on the 13th (likely start date of the next B2G1 sale) but now you've got me worried. Is Target customer service competent enough to clear this up?

Thanks to this thread, I just received my Target RedCard Debit Card. The $40 coupon wasn't included, so I called the corporate phone number (1-800-440-0680) and they are going to send me a new one in 7-10 business days (with a new expiration date). Not sure why it's not just emailed to me, but the process is going smoothly so far. Just wanted others to know if they find themselves in the same situation.

Can You Use a Coupon on the Day it Expires?

You can use a coupon the day it expires. Coupons you use in store are good through the end of the business day on the date printed on them. Online coupons are usually valid through the end of the calendar day. The day after the coupon's expiration date is when it becomes officially invalid.

I would guess that they print the coupons in batches ahead of time, already knowing when their planned promo offers would occur.

Love this film and haven’t seen it for years. I’m a bit concerned that since it’s a 4K restoration that a 4K disc will happen. Any perspective from those who closely follow Criterion as to why this isn’t a 4K release?

I had previously viewed the item at Target and this time there was a refresh button on the page. Once I clicked that, I added it to the cart and it appears to be available for purchase as normal.

UHD production is costly and sells less than the other formats. Companies will never be rereleasing their entire catalogs, so with a case like this of a new release from Criterion, I doubt it will ever be rereleased from them on UHD. I know as fans of quality and the latest greatest formats it seems logical that everything will released on UHD, but from a business and profitability perspective, it simply doesn't make cents.

The official Federal name for the holiday. Otherwise it varies by state, locality, business, etc. Also see "Columbus Day".

I had ~$1.50 in Circle rewards available. I then returned something which the receipt said had $5.50 of Circle rewards used. The next day I checked my Circle rewards and I had $5.50 instead of the ~$7.00 I expected. Do you lose older Circle rewards when you return something, is this a system glitch, or does it take more days to get my original ~$1.50 added back?

Ah I had no issue adding it to my cart but it was failing at the "Place Your Order" step on the app. I was able to complete the order on a computer. Not a good start for my first purchase with my new RedCard.

I have to wonder if 4K release rights are part of the licensing agreement too, with an extra cost. I'm definitely a bit disappointed that titles like RM and Miller's Crossing aren't getting UHD releases. It's become an expectation for me I guess now that I know it's a possibility.

No problem on the picking, but virtually everywhere (or at least FAR more people do than don't) calls it Presidents Day Sales so calling it something different would end up confusing more people than it's worth.

Pretty much like Offsides and Illegal Procedure became Encroachment or Simulated Snap Infraction in the NFL

The Target.com website has a lot issues/glitches. While I like to shop there, I am very careful about how I use promo dollars because I've noticed. Few dollars here/there don't come back and for me, usually just not worth dealing with it.
