If you have the app on IOS, it's under the Wallet where you see those other coupons and should just be at the top. Not sure how Android is set up but it's under the Target Circle area.

According to the apps for Target and Wal-Mart. Seems Target is my best bet to pick up the 4k in stores. Might use that $40 off with that and another pre order title.

I have a Target Circle bonus of $15 w/ 3, $35 purchases. Says 20 days to complete and has listed items that are not eligible, like dairy, alcohol, gift cards, etc.

It says payments with Redcard credit/debit card. Can you not use gift cards and qualify?

Used my 10% from Target Circle and an additional 5% by using my Target Red Card:

$27.99 - 2.80 - 1.26 + 2.27 [HIGH CA sales tax] = $26.20

Interesting. I can state that in the past, GC's definitely qualified. But I don't know what the terms have said in the past. So I'm hoping that as long as you pay at least partially with a RedCard, it will qualify.

My offer is 4 $40 purchases to get $15, so yours is better...

I can second that. Every merch purchase I've made qualified for those offers like 10 for two $50 or 15 for three $40 purchases, etc regardless of the payment method.

OTOH I don't think purchasing GC will qualify as a purchase for the Offer though I've not tried that.

Also - my Circle Bonus offers have been bare since Nov and the last $15 offer I received.

My Arrow SHOCK Blu-ray pre-order has been on back-order since before the release date. Is there any way all the other retailers (Bullmoose, DeepDiscount, Amazon etc.) can have this in stock and not Target or is it just a glitch in their system? Should I just do a chat and have them reorder it for me or do you think Arrow hasn't sent them any stock yet? Thanks for your help.

^ I think what is happening now is that these B2G1 sales have gotten so popular that when the pre-orders happen to slip through, everyone jumps on them and Target can't keep up with them anymore.

It never used to be an issue in the earlier days of the sale, and I rarely had to "Approve Delays". The first few years of B2G1 sort of flew under a lot of people's radars.

Apparently I shop there too much. Mine is earn $35 w/ 3, $85 purchases in 20 days.

I ordered from Amazon, and it was delivered on release day.

Got Ghostbusters; Afterlife today. As Walmart failed to have new release's out. Which is no surprise, as they never really do on release.

That's not true. I had to approve things 2 years ago.
