I just received this set yesterday and had the chance to watch Rome, Open City last night...wonderful film. Although it was previously mentioned about issues with the grey levels in the presentation, this was not distracting in the least (to me), and I fell right into the story.

Quite glad that I was able to secure a copy of this set before its eventual sell-out. I think my set # is 1527 out of 3000, but I guess they are randomly shipped.

How do you think this set compares against the Criterion set? It would be much more expensive to import the Criterion set, so it would only be justifiable for me if there was a big difference in video/audio quality.

Think it has been mentioned elsewhere, the limited edition digipack packaging is out of stock, but the regular edition from 2017 has all the same content.
