Amazon's listing says "no enhanced packaging" which is usually their way of saying that the movie will not have a slipcover. If a slipcover is important to you, you might want to order this from somewhere else.

I don't think that means anything, and I've never found that to be the case before when a listing says that.

I have ordered titles with such disclaimers in the past and they have arrived with no slipcovers. That is just my experience, however. I placed 127 orders with Amazon last year.

The statement must mean something or it would not be there. It only appears infrequently on Amazon's listings. I only mention this because it has happened to me; it may, or may not, mean what I think it does. If a slipcover is important to you, you might not want to gamble with ordering it from Amazon.

It adjusts automatically if that particular SKU changes to a lower price than what it is currently at for your order. It also needs to NOT have shipped. Otherwise they will ship at whatever the price is at the time it does ship. So if it drops lower afterward, you won't get the match.

Supposedly they do but I remember one incident where I had to contact them to get the adjustment. I guess they'd forgotten

Yea I always play it safe and just cancel and reorder to lock in that lower price. I feel like there was a preorder at one point that I had, the price went down for a bit, and then went back up to what I had originally ordered before it shipped so I was charged that original price.

At this price, I'll bite and one can sell off the digital code making this purchase not much more than a rental. When the UHD BD comes out, I'll sell it off not feeling like I lost much.

I sold my old copy on eBay earlier this month and netted $3.83 and this new one which I pre-ordered today comes to $8.88 after tax so my out of pocket cost for this new Heat Director's Definitive Edition Remastered is $5.05 and that will drop a few bucks more after I sell the Digital Copy.
