I could have done that yes. But I don't like to sign up everywhere and creating accounts. Especially when I just know, I won't be active over there.

I cant wait for this to come out. I remember riding my bike to the movies in 99 to watch it while i was in High School. Use to sneak in the theatre after doing a little haze sesh and being mesmerized. This film was like a life changing experience!

Slips looks great! The white rabbit though, how unexpected is that! Bold step I would say. For all of the iconic images that could have been used, it's sort of funny this was selected. I would assume most consumers will have no clue why it was included.

Kind of my thoughts also.. I don't think it is awful ... it is kind of ballsy to do. If that inner paper sleeve was a shimmery metallic looking with the rabbit it would look really cool....

but again the slip cover and then the inner slip is cool.

makes you wonder if they do something clever like that with the next 2 Matrix UHDs

How do you know that? Some folks may be buying the UHD now without the ability to play it for futureproofing purposes, but may still want to see the remastered BD in the meantime. And they'll want to know if it'll be worth it.

I don't think we should be judging the quality on 200 KB .jpeg files, the compression itself will bring its own problems.

These are not UHD screenshots, but I think they give very good idea what color grading we should expect from UHD.
