Yeah, probably has to do with the fact that I really relate to him, aside from the super intelligence. I've been called Sheldon many times, it's basically my nickname at this point , and to many that would be an insult but I take it as a compliment.

Yeah, I call my mrs. Beverly after the character on The Goldberg's. She wears it as a badge of honor. She doesn't seen anything wrong with that, because she thinks Beverly is a awesome mom. So it could be worse, you could be called Raj FC

Yeah, Raj would be worse. And so could being called Howard.

Well, even Howard has improved as a character. Poor Raj, it is almost like they don't know what to do with him. Although it is nice that he can at least talk to girls openly now.

Yes, but if you're being called Howard you have to wonder if they're talking about Howard now, or the creepy/pervert pre-Bernadette-era Howard. Either way you look at it, it's better to be called Sheldon than either Howard or Raj.

I want Penny and Leonard to break up. They don't kiss anymore, they barely talk about even "being together." What chemistry there was onscreen is now gone since she got married.

Sheldon went from being socially awkward to being nothing but an ******* to everyone he comes into contact with.

As much as I love Bernadette, Amy and Penny, their characters really killed the momentum of the show.

I keep watching it the hopes that it will return to what it once was.

Maybe Penny will get hired for a "big" movie or show and will go with encouragement from Leonard and will then in the Season 8 Premiere' be written out off screen, like her stuff will be seen to be moved out by movers....

I hear what you're saying. The show is still good but not nearly as consistent as in seasons 1-4 (or even 5 which is unfairly maligned).

Leonard and Penny are stale and unrealistic. I was hoping Leonard would see the light and go for Alex (Plus, it'd be great if Margo Harshman was a regular and not someone like Bernadette).

Leonard and Penny just don't look right. Leonard's hair line is receding and he's getting heavier. He looks a lot older than Penny at this point.

Well Johnny Galecki is over 10 years older than Kaley Cuoco.

The "he looks older than Penny" seems to conflict with "I think he should be with Alex"... since it implies that he doesn't also look older than Alex.

In my opinion this season has been the weakest yet...it's such a pity.
It feels like the writers don't have a clue what to do with the characters
anymore.
