Yes, this release should be region-free. Its UK counterpart was as such, and putting that disc in a Region-A player results in the FBI warning being displayed (if I remember correctly).

Are they different in terms of content? Sorry being lazy could probably find this out myself, but if someone already knows... |

$8 bucks? Bought it! I think I got the previous Blu-Ray for like $5 from Best Buy. For what I consider to be one of the best action movies of all time, these prices are genuine steals! Feels like a get away, and no going back for Waingro!

The discs should be identical, but only the US version comes with a Digital Copy code. |

It's now down to $7.88 which is pretty much dump bin price such a cheap price for an excellent flick.

Just to confirm then, this UK version has been out since February I think and is exactly the same version as the US save for digital code???

This will be $5 by BF, there's only so much interest that can be drummed up on a 22 yr old flick. Got one on Amazon thru Amazon points, so not really worried about more price drops

Do studios typically make more money by selling titles themselves at bin prices vs licensing to 3rd parties? I love the low price, but imagine Shout, Arrow, etc. would have jumped at the opportunity.
