Listening to some of my favorite Frank Zappa jams currently. He just puts my jaw on the floor every time. A few favorites (many of which I've listened to already/will put on):

I'm too young to have seen Zappa live, but I did have the chance to see Dweezil play about four months ago. He ran through a buncha songs from Joe's Garage, which was pretty neat. And yes, Zappa is the best.

This is the setlist Dweezil played when I saw him. Some great numbers in the encore, he told the audience that we had to choose between "Willie the Pimp" and "Muffin Man" but everybody was going nuts so he did a medley of both:

Holy hell... just listened to Hound Dog Taylor's "Phillips' Theme" from his 1971 album and

I'm gonna have to look into these Hound Dog Taylor albums I have tomorrow...

That goes for Lonnie Mack and "Wham!" too. What a furious freakin' solo. He's belting out notes so fast I half-expect the strings to fall off the guitar.
