Just so it's clearer, it's more like:

"King kong is still delayed. If you prefer we can reimburse your money until the editors send us the product and we can contact you again. We remind you also, that we are negotiating new steelbook products."

don't hold your breath on this one.i think it sounds more like "Pedro isn't done hammering out the corners of the tin case in the warehouse;while Juan is almost done branding the logo on the title..."

got my refund...put in for it through PayPal..the seller had no issues refunding all the money...so if this does ever come in..I will buy it

I just received a full refund from DVD International Argentina. Apparently, the King Kong steelbook is delayed indefinitely. It probably will not come out at all.

And yeah I got an email from him yesterday trying to give me a refund even though I never bought it.

I think he changed the case image at his site. Does this mean anything? It still doesn't look like a steelbook, so I guess not.

Now when prompted for a refund, he says that it delayed by the publisher.., I have to escalate this to a claim with paypal..?
