Roar-
Have you received your shipping notification on the JP print yet? Reading that some people have and people in the Austin area are picking theirs up at the store. Hopefully I'll get the email soon.

No, I haven't yet... though it is my understanding that the international orders are shipped last. Which suits me fine as it will be a bit before I can frame it.

Google does unit conversion if you didn't know, just type in 72cm = ? inch

102 centimeters = 40.1574803 inch
72 centimeters = 28.3464567 inch

If you have your posters on hand you should give them a quick measure, I swear some of mine aren't exactly 27x40, if kinsella catches this post I think he may be able to enlighten us to if all originals all 27x40 or not... If your posters are reprints then measure for sure because you never know what you'll get with those.

Nice pickup, i wonder how the 3D aspect of that will work in the film? Should be very interesting how they pulled it off.

WBShop WBshop sale - LOTR posters

Hey I'm not sure if anyone is interested but WBshop is selling some LOTR posters for 75% off for Cyber Monday, which they've extended until Wednesday.

There is a small selection of posters, mainly LOTR, but there are a few from a couple other genres as well. They are theatrical posters at 27x40 and double sided. With the 75% off, the posters end up being around $3.00 and change. Shipping is cheap too.

They have other merchandise and movies that are on sale as well, as most people know, but it is limited as to what can ship internationally. They can ship posters anywhere so I personally jumped on that.

Anyway, just an FYI in case anyone is into it.

Olly Moss has hinted on his twitter that him and Mondo are working on his dream project and he has stated before how big of a Batman fan he is. I think it's pretty clear he will be doing the Batman print down the line. I think if they do a Watchmen that Martin Ansin would be a great fit for it. I hear that Mondo will be releasing the true grit laser engraved wood variant of the Horkey poster that was released late last year sometime later this week. I bet this sucker is gonna be up in the $300 range and supposedly this thing took a year to make and produce.

So look what I found on my travels, in barcelona of all places. The poster is in english though delighted. Just need to fix the bottom of that frame, must have put the poster too high.

No but i have a feeling you may have to flip more than that to get it. I think this will be more expensive than Frankenstein and i doubt there will be more than maybe 40 or so available but that is just a guess.
