Not just on Amazon and others: Even Disney's very own Disney Movie Club no longer carries pre-orders for the 3D version. Either it'll be a Walmart Exclusive (which I am okay with since the store is nearby my location) or Disney's removing the 3D version all together for the home release. Hoping it's not the latter 'cause it'll make things inconsistent with the Disney 3D-Native CGI films.

I highly doubt Disney is not going to release this movie for home-3D.

Target.com now has a Blu-Ray/DVD preorder for $27.99, though it doesn't have much info and the photo is the theatrical poster.

I noticed that there are very few screens for the 3D screenings vs. 2D now, but that could be due to the Hobbit being in theaters now.

I already have the physical Deluxe Soundtrack thru Amazon, so the Music bundle wouldn't be a huge draw for me. But I could still consider getting the 3D edition.

So they're not releasing this in 3d now or what?

Oh, well. Atleast the $5 FB coupon I used with another item stuck, and I'm not paying shipping even after it's under $35.

Can't say I'm really heart broken though.

It could still come back. I remember when the Man of Steel 3D limited edition went away like this and then it came back.

In the past, amazon has just amended their listings that had inaccurate details - usually without even giving customers notice of the change or even after orders have shipped - not removed the entire listing and canceled orders.

I called Disney about my frozen 3d pre-order. and they told me that my order was safe. and I will get it in early spring.

Disney Home Video execs surely have rocks in their heads - did they read or recognize the crap over the 'Oz: The Great and Powerful' debacle. If this indeed is the case, got my order over Amazon.co.uk for the combo release (unless that changes too).

I have no proof, but I'd be shocked if it's still like this when it's released. Heck, we still have four months to go I think. Nobody's heard the final word here, that much is certain.

I wouldn't worry about it. It's just a movie, after all.

My order got cancelled too. My $5 promo was still there with my other pre-order item which is highly unlikely to be released also shipping still free. Might contact Amazon if they can put my $5 promo on another order.

I think steelers1 was referring to the Frozen 3D preorders thru the Disney Movie Club that are currently not available to order but existing orders appear to still be honored.
