Solo sold really well on home video, and the *worst* I've ever heard anyone say about it is that they were indifferent to it. Not loving it, not hating it. In Star Wars Internet Fandom these days, that's almost a complete victory.

Missing 3D copies and I'm sure a good chunk of legacy extras, but yeah, a comprehensive nine-movie set in fancy packaging was never gonna be cheap. And the $330 price will likely come down.

Best Buy Canada has removed the listing. Premature maybe? Anyway, we know it is coming.

There is only one choice in the matter. Don't care about no special edition/not the originals crap. This is a have to have, must buy release above all else. Even if I have to sell bodily fluids to do so.
I've stated my issues with the special editions and the continuing changes to them enough times already so won't go into that.

Yes these will almost certainly be the special editions, so best to just accept that and move on.

Bodily fluids may not be required to pay for this.

Unfortunately the best you will receive are 2k versions of these transfers. To
my knowledge the only way to see them in 4k is to download the torrents to a
hard drive and view them using a 4k streaming box hooked up to your 4k display. Then you will see them in 4k, but not in HDR. The only versions available in HDR are from Disney+.

No, they are NOT FOR SALE. If you see any copies for sale on Ebay, report them immediately.
The fan restorations are freely available on the internet.

I have the 2K version of 4K77 on my Emby server, because that's all I could find. Couldn't manage to get my hands on the 4K or on 4K83 at all. I used to be a part of that scene enough to find anything I wanted, but I wandered off into the legally-owning-things world and now all the old haunts are gone.

I mean, I know of a place, but actually getting in is a whole different story.

I will pass on the set. I'll be happy just to grab Force Awakens & Rise of Skywalker on 4K UHD when they come out.

I don't watch the older sets as much to justify a large purchase like that. The Blu-Ray discs are good enough for me there.

Its actually quite easy to find them. You have to sign up for the forum, and once your account is good to go, you go to download them and thats it. They are currently working on empire which will be ready in about 2 years.

I have a feeling a sequel trilogy box will be released in the UK. Just like the Iron Man trilogy, Captain America, etc. The UK never received the complete Marvel box, so could be the UK will just release the trilogy box this time aswell.

Love the look of the box, will probably get it. Reminds me of the Big Bang Theory blu-ray set that released a few weeks ago (the limited one). Same disc system (in a book). But if they release seperate steelbooks for each film I may just grab those.

Until there is a listing for "Star Wars: The Complete Maclunkey Collection" I will assume it is fake.
