What do you mean by resealed, like the open it up, remove the digital copy code and then reseal it? If so, that's fine.

Got this a couple weeks back and mine was indeed the 2nd photo one - no mention of an included blu-ray but it's there. This also happened with Fury Road. I originally ordered it for $9.99 back in August but Amazon ran out; sent me a cancel or wait email and at that price I chose to wait. The order was up for a month with no approx. shipping date; then October 20th. This quickly became October 2nd and I received it last night. Like 'Unforgiven' the case only displays the '4K UltraHD' logo but a blu-ray disc is also included (sorry, no digital copy).

Oddly enough, it was factory-sealed, has the silver 4K banner printed on the top with no mention of Blu or digital, but when I opened it up, to my delight, there was a Blu-ray copy.

I'm hoping what you guys said about having the Blu-ray included is true. I purchased the BF sale version even though the Amazon cover art doesn't show the BD, but it's from the image that shows a BD (plus the product page on this site).

The difference is the Amazon pic doesn't show the slipcover, since the digital code has expired. This title is a 2-disc set, there's no other option.
