It might take me a little while, because money's really tight right now, but I definitely plan on getting it. Did you look at the screencap comparisons in there? I don't care for the teal coloring, but it looks so much better than the old transfer. I never bought the old one because all of the reviews I read said it was pretty terrible. I also read that the new UK remaster is region free.

Me and Al were just talking about you earlier:

Come on you guys. You're telling me neither one of you have preordered the Steelbook yet?

[Show spoiler]
Yes sir, it just makes sense to me. I read somewhere that James Cameron told Del Toro to get the hell out of The Hobbit and just let PJ do his thing. Not sure if that's true or not, but it is the right call.

I know that a lot of you guys are into the steelbooks these days, but I actually prefer the standard blu-ray amaray cases. They take up less space on the shelf, and have more symmetry with my other cases. Honestly, I don't really care too much one way or the other about slipcovers, digibooks, steelbooks, digital copies, and even to some degree packaging/disc art, or bonus features. All I really care about is the movie and the A/V quality.

But right now my main problem is lack of funds. Hell, I don't even have beer money right now. This is at the top of my list of must-haves once I get a few bucks though.

I'm having a great time Joe. Are you making sandwiches this weekend or are you off to?

Just got home a few minutes ago, and I have the weekend off. One of my best friends is bringing over his new girlfriend in a few, and we're going to have some drinks, and some smoke, and probably check out some blu-rays on my pj.

Does anyone else believe in inter-dimensional shit?

On the same topic, sort of; New: The Terminator tansfer. (Supposedly the audio is the exact same as the re-mixed 5.1 LPCM on the original BD25.
