While I can't debate your choice in color (beauty is in the eye of the beholder) I can say that painting a snake or any other graphic on there would be terribly tacky. Sony is known for it's sleek style and the last thing I would want is some nasty, ugly, corny Halo esque special edition PS3. To me the color is fantastic but no matter what color, the design should be subtle (hense the small print on the top) so that it remains stylish enough to be in a home theater setup, unlike the Halo 360 which is an embarrassing eyesore.

I have a suggestion for a new emblem for the group.. i just made them and I will let you figure out how to implement them (I can't get it to work, maybe I did it wrong)...

yea i thought it would be a good idea to just upload an image... couldnt find an option for that, and making it isnt very easy. its only 32x32 so its gonna look like crappy anyway u make it

Decided to try out some more of the game tonight, was doing a headshot sniper on a guy midmatch when the entire beta just stopped working. Couldnt even connect to it anymore. PS3 had full network support still working, so it was just the beta. GG Konami!

Server maintenence maybe?
Usually at around 3 o'clock at night (in Europe), the servers close due to maintenence, you just get kicked out of the beta, you do get a message displayed on your hud though, about server maintenence.

Yeah, I can't seem to get it to load files... it is like it will only take certain file types or something, i'm not sure.
I will go into the game and save an existing one and take a look at that. If I can figure it out, i will request to have permission to change the emblem, but don't give me that yet, i might not be any help at all

So when are we going to plan a clan session? How many members do we have?

Actually, maybe I can map the icons I made there, which are 32x32, and enter the info in by hand.
I might request emblem changing rights later then.

I really like this game. It's more my style. The pace of the game favors patience and stealth rather than "Run N' Gun" on most FPS.... God I missed good 3rd person shooters.

I was playing online with a bunch of crazy people and me and one other person just stayed together with snipers and just picked off so many people.... Ahhhh, so much fun.

thats what i tried doing, but it just about every pixel had half blue and half white in it so it wouldnt work

Hell, what am I thinking?

edit: I'd totally freak out if there were some MGS3 (my favourite) - natural environments in the game but I don't know if they've had the time to adapt their graphics engine fully to that type of complex environment.

edit 2: The video quality is poor but the front of the facility, at least the parts closest to Snake in that video look remodeled and textured.

When he's walking squatted and breathing it looks like there's hot air coming out of his arse at the end.
