I don't think that's too much to spend for a small satellite system. I think you can get a lot nicer satellite system for that money, but for some people, the fact they sell the "receiver" with the speakers, is the convenience factor people need..... seems strange to those who say "just buy a ***** receiver, and a spool of speaker wire" but for some people, they just want it all right there, and let's face it, most HTIB have bigger receivers, and uglier speakers.
