Does this film not show the gang as adults? I don't see any hints of that in any trailer. Perhaps they are trying to go for the "Stranger Things" crowd?

This is the first of two films, so the adults will be in the next one.

Regarding bad "peaked in first 10 minutes" tweet... That's from a site called Cinema Snopes which doesn't look to be much of anything. The other tweets at least had some thousands of followers, this guy is at over a hundred. Really annoying when unpopular tweets get exposure in articles just to show some diverse opinions.

Saw IT tonight. Fantastic. A really, really great horror film.

It's an R-rated, nasty Amblin movie. It's STRANGER THINGS without the nostalgia overload, but funnier and with the horror dialed up to 11.

Everytime a Pennywise scene finished, the whole theater exhaled.

That's stuff we all knew beforehand. Can't you tell us anything else without spoilers. The pace, the cinematography, the chemistry between the kids etc..

Glad you enjoyed it though.
