He's just not that into you sound problems

I was wondering if anyone is having problems with sound on He's Just Not That Into You. The previews are loud but we have the movie on max volume and you can barely hear it. We are playing it on a sharp BD player.

Are you using a receiver or the TV speakers?

I'm guessing its due to a setting involved with an audio codec that changes when you start the film you default to dolby true HD for example (maybe your outputting to two channels and you're reciever is using matrix to the several channels/speakers you may have).
