So my question is kind of hard to explain. When in Fry’s I am watching the display Blu-Ray playing and it’s Transformers (already a plus for me) and the picture just looks “real”. I feel like I am literally right behind the camera, like there is better lighting or something. It just looks like I can step to the side and see a different angle. I don’t know what this is. I don’t really see it too too much on sports but in Blu-Ray it is very noticeable. I also noticed it on Pirates of the Caribbean.
My question is this, Is this just the 120Hz or is it something else as well? I bought the Transformers Blu-Ray and played it on my 720p Plasma and didn’t see what I was seeing in Fry’s. And if it is the 120Hz, why can’t I see it on Plasma? Doesn’t Plasma go at something like 400+Hz? |
