Default Sammy 1500 and Trublood first series issue

When I play Tru Blood first series in my 1500 the commentary comes up even when I have it set to off. You have to set it to on and then off again to get it to go away. I tried it on my Panny bd-30 and it does no have this problem.

Wierd ??

I've been having the same issue with my Ultimate Matrix and Batman Begins BD's in which the Inline Movie Experience is for some odd reason set to play automatically at the start of the film. On top of that I'm unable to simply turn it off, but have to turn it on-and-off in order for this problem to disappear. It's because of this distraction I've been reluctant to pop either discs into the BDP-1500. Apparently this started happening during one of the firmware updates. Does anyone have the older firmware updates so I can roll back to the time I had been able to play these titles that didn't inflict this headache?

Samsung, WTF??

What firmware version are you at?? I just upped to 2.4 and it seems to have fixed some compatibilty issues. I think I have 1.1 or 1.2 but not 1.3.. There is no way to identify it with just the date.

I'm at firmware 2.4. I'm looking to roll back to 2.1 or 2.2 for the Sammy 1500, if you can provide me with one or both I would be eternally grateful!
