Problem with Panasonic bd30 - Blu-ray Forum

when i put a blu ray disk into the player whilst its loading it makes a loud grinding noise. this does not damage the disk and when it has loaded it plays very well.

does anyone know what could be wrong with my player and if i should send it off to get repaired?
