Reviews about special features

Hi

I'm writing to inquire about a possible 'meter' of sorts in the special feature section to be included in the reviews of blu-rays. What I would like to see is a brief point before getting into the specifics if the blu-ray has all the special features of the DVD release. Such as:

Blu = 50% SF of DVD (for those blu-ray with less special features than the DVD release)
Blu = 100% SF of DVD (blu's with equal special features)
Blu = 100+% SF of DVD (blu's with more special features)

It's a big deal for me to sell a DVD out of my vast collection of 600+ DVD's if the special features don't equate.

I realize some of the reviews do discuss whether or not the blu-ray has the special features of the DVD release, but I am not seeing consistency (this is not a knock on the reviews which are great, just something I have noticed).

Any other ideas on how this could be done are welcomed and if this has been discussed, please forgive me.
