Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and Maxim have teamed to offer a one-year subscription of the men’s magazine with purchase of a Sony Action Unleashed! DVD. The DVDs street May 12 at $14.95 each.

Titles include Rocky Balboa, Ghost Rider, Bad Boys, Bad Boys 2, XXX: State of the Union, Black Hawk Down, Bobby Z, Half Past Dead 2, Bobby Deerfield, Revolver and Southland Tales. They arrive in packaging with fake bullet-holes.

“We wanted to create a campaign to leverage some of our existing male-focused catalog,” said Marc Rashba, VP of worldwide marketing for Sony Pictures Home Entertainment. “The Action Unleashed! campaign is designed to create awareness and through our partnership with Maxim, we hope to connect to this very important audience.”

There is a one-subscription limit per purchase.

Thanks, OP! I remember back in the day I had free 2 year subscriptions to FHM, Maxim and Stuff. It doesn't happen much anymore but free crapper mags are always nice!
